At Nuvexa, data sovereignty, client cryptographic confidentiality, and strict non-disclosure are foundational engineering principles.
1. Proprietary Client Data & IP Ownership
Nuvexa does not claim ownership, train public AI models on, or expose client proprietary data, vector embeddings, fine-tuned weights, or source code. All assets created under client agreements remain 100% the intellectual property of the commissioning enterprise.
2. Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) First
Prior to receiving codebase repositories, database schemas, or API access tokens, Nuvexa enters into binding mutual NDAs to legally enforce strict trade secret protection and non-disclosure standards.
3. Air-Gapped & Zero-Trust Infrastructure
Our development pipelines employ role-based access control (RBAC), end-to-end TLS 1.3 in-transit encryption, and AES-256 at-rest encryption. Where requested, deployments are architected for completely air-gapped on-premise infrastructure.
