1. Engagement Scope & Deliverables
All custom AI development, web portals, enterprise software, and maintenance contracts are executed under formal Statements of Work (SOW) specifying milestone deliverables, verification metrics, and completion schedules.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
Upon full settlement of contracted milestone invoices, 100% of custom application source code, repository commits, fine-tuned model artifacts, and architecture diagrams transfer irrevocably to the client.
3. Service Level Agreements & Uptime
Nuvexa guarantees high-availability SLAs for deployed cloud systems in accordance with each project's dedicated tier (up to 99.9% uptime commitments with 24/7 incident response).
